Quirkify is UK-based, we keep prices as low as possible while still offering FREE shipping. (Express shipping is available for a small fee in the UK only).

NEW customs and imports information for customers not in the UK

Recent changes may affect your Quirkify orders. Many countries have removed the “de minimis” exemption on imports. With this exemption gone, all products shipped from overseas are now subject to import tariffs, regardless of their value. These tariffs are additional taxes charged at the border. 

We are no longer able to pre-pay the import duties for European (Eu and non-EU) countries without an IOSS number, and our business is too small to register for one. Therefore we no longer calculate and add duties at checkout, and you will be contacted by the courier to pay it before your parcel can be delivered. Please make sure that you check your registered email junk folder regularly so you receive the notification. If anything goes wrong, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

Because tariffs apply to everything shipped from the UK, this change affects the items we make ourselves and send directly to you, including Raktajino mugs, jewellery, laser-cut puzzles and embroidered clothing.

However, our printed range (such as printed mugs and clothing) will be unaffected, since those items are produced and shipped from within the destination country by our trusted partners.

Shipping Times: Delivery to most locations is within 7-10 days, but do be aware that almost everything is made to order, so in some cases might take a little longer. If your order is not going to arrive on time you will be notified in advance.

Breakable items are packed with plenty of protection and double boxed, we use biodegradable (or reused) bubble wrap and recyclable materials. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in a less-than-pretty reused outer box, but the internal boxes will be new. Sustainability is very important to us and we hate waste.
