What's your 1 year guarantee?
If your purchase develops any problems within 1 year, we will replace for free! We're so confident in the quality of our print and embroidery that we fully expect it to last for years in normal use. Unfortunately we don't cover breakages though, so if you drop your mug, that's really on you!
Do you charge for delivery?
No, our shipping costs are already built in to the price you see at checkout, no hidden surprises. We even cover the US tariffs for you!
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do! The only exceptions being areas that our delivery partner cannot serve (for example to areas of conflict).
How eco-friendly are you?
We try to be as sustainable as possible by making to order - we don't have lots of stock sitting in a warehouse somewhere, just our core selection of blanks ready to customise. For some items we can use overseas partners to produce our products in your locale to reduce shipping pollution. We only use recyclable packaging and labels when we ship from our home base.
Where do you get your designs?
A lot of our designs are inspired by video games, both retro and new, and cult TV, Film and Sci-Fi. We tend to recreate old artwork from the ground up using vector design software, or make an entirely new unique version that you can only get from us.
