Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere (that is, we haven't found anywhere that we can't send to yet)! Some of our products can be even be produced for us in your local country, so it arrives even faster!
Do you charge for delivery?
No! We set our prices to cover our shipping costs so that the price you see is what you will pay.
What about import duties?
We try our best to make sure there are no hidden surprises when you order from us, and send your purchase 'Duty Paid' where possible. If you are likely to incur an import charge we will let you know when your order dispatches.
How long will it take to get my item?
We aim to make and send your order within 1 working day of receipt, and then in the UK use either 24 or 48 hour delivery (your choice), so it will arrive pretty fast!
For overseas customers, if we are sending from our UK location we use Royal Mail tracked, which in Europe is around 7 working days, and everywhere else 10-14 working days.
Some of our products can be printed locally to you by our partner printers, and these arrive much faster.
How eco-friendly are you?
We try to be as sustainable as possible by using overseas partners to produce our products in the customers' location to reduce shipping pollution. We only use recyclable packaging and labels when we ship from our home base, and try to re-use any packaging we receive, so your purchase may arrive in a mixture of packaging materials.
How do you make your designs?
A lot of our designs are inspired by video games, both retro and new, and cult TV, Film and Sci-Fi. We tend to recreate old artwork from the ground up using vector design software, or make an entirely new unique version that you can only get from us.
Do you sell anywhere else? Like Etsy?
We don't sell on Etsy anymore. We couldn't offer the level of customer service we aim for within Etsy's restrictions, and as sellers found the platform constantly problematic and buggy, with no control over our own orders.
Why do the Raktajino mugs have a different logo on the bottom?
Raktajino mugs are made under our sister brand RMC Ceramics. It's still us (or rather Ros Mayne-Caudwell, the resident ceramicist). We invested huge amounts of time and effort into making the moulds for the replica Star Trek mugs and REALLY don't want to start again just to change the logo!
